HEALTHIER DIET

I NEED TO DETOX AFTER A WHOLE MONTH'S WORTH OF INDULGENCE!!!
i don have pics of all my indulgence for the month of june hehehehe those in previous blog are only like a quarter of it lor! Anyway the point is i need to detox cos i put on few kgs! a FEW KGS not one or two!!! aaarrrggghhhh
A Japanese Cherry Tomato to crub my sweet craving for chocolates! i try to replace with cranberries and raisins etc to crub the hunger for sweet indulgence like choco and ice cream. it is less fat but however sugar content as much as chocolates so eat in small-ful amounts.

Bought plain (yuck!) yoghut

added berries etc in

Try it with organic bread

Or small toasted bread ($1.90 at cold sotrage)

Or healthier trans fat free biscuits from crystal jade ($4.60!!! hell ex but i like the taste, er maybe if u not feeling rich don try cos think most pple cant handle the taste or if u regret buying it can donate to ME!!!)

PS: i just got all my JET concert pics and its like freaking hundred over photos i think i wanna upload alot cos i think we are great photographers hehehe! arrghhh i think i'm going to give funeral for a friend concert a miss >.< its $75 bucks but ...hmmmm not rich lei....i kind of like some of their song and i prefer their band style but the vocalist is ok only i feel
