| Bangkok Trip 2007 Day 1 |

Finally the day has come and i'm all set and ready to go!
Reached the airport at about 4am to check in. My sis and joe drove me and meiling to the budget terminal to check in. At about 5am we went to have mac at terminal two. And just about time we went back to board the plane. The other 5 peeps are there also and it was final calling when we reached haha!
anyway we got on the plane and took off at about 6.30am
i think this is about 7am when da sky is starting to brighten up, looks nice with all the lights from the city ^^
This is my first time on plane, i have never taken plane before. and i think it feels like riding on a roller coaster hehe quite fun. i don suffer from any air pressure when taking off which is good ^^

Reached Bangkok Airport!
I was told the airport is new as compare to a yr ago, and everything was so different and more organised now!
After collecting the luggage
At The Airport! we reached about 9.40am
All 7 of us shared a big cab for 2000 baht! (ok we should have spilt cab blah blah, but for safety we just stick tgt in one big cab to the hotel)
Our hotel - Aroma. I'm quite happy with the hotel, the service is quite good and i don find any unhappy things to compain about, the breakfast is free and its good lor! 
Reached the hotel about 10 plus and managed to check in cos we decided to get all the rooms on smoking zone floor. cos we are told non-smoking area will be on another level...then only me and meiling will be on a diff level so i tot lets just stay on same level. Turns out a good choice made cos if we had choosen non-smoking area we can only check in at 2pm, but smoking area rooms are all checked out at about the time we arrived.
After dumping luggage and stuffs we went over to a building call Big-C (http://www.bigc.co.th/th/index.asp) it has a hypermart like carrefour, and some shops and food court. We had our lunch at the food court which requires us to buy their card in order to purchase the food, anyway the card can we refunded so we just get it. the food there are not that nice...or is it i chose the wrong things to eat ~.~.
FIRST STOP: We went back to hotel lobby area and took a cab (with help from the hotel staff ) to a small chinese temple to pray. Some of them in the group comes back every year to pray so they know some things in bangkok quite well.
Meiling and i saw some donation thing there, u purchase some pack of rice there and donate to the poor people. I bought a small pack 35baht rich and the lady spoke to me in Thai -swt- i said i don undestand and guesture that i don understand she still continue in thai haha! then i said in chinese then realised she can speak chinese well. hoho she said i should write my name and date when i did the donation so pple will know. hehe anyway i just wrote my chinese name, then another lady ask me wats da surname i said "lok" she say ohh cos i cant figure out. hahaha my handwritting is ugly! Then i donate another 50baht to the fund where they can buy coffins for the poor people who died and their families don have money to afford a proper burial...
SECOND STOP: CENTRAL WORLD - just opposite Aroma Hotel
we went to the isetan there to buy bras haha. the two guys in the group (while waiting for their wifves) must be damn bored lor. cos all 5 gals really took quite awhile haha.
I spend about 2100 baht there for 3 tops and 6 bottoms. by now its about 4-5pm we decied to go back to hotel and put stuffs and go out for dinner.
6.45pm: took a cab down to this restaurant which rip us! our bills total up to 11000baht!!! cos we ordered a prawn which is closed to lobster i think costs about 600 per prawn!!! siao ah! i ate one of the prawn its not extremely nice lei i don think its worth the 600 baht. so all of us got ripped! then they have clam, but i don like to eat those so nv touch it. but the others say its fresh and good.

After dinner we could nt get a cab and decide to walk back to the hotel, its a long walk but its ok lar to exercise the expensive prawn away!
Then we walk around the night market near the hotel area, bought a back top and just look around. Ahh i saw this nice scooter thing! it is this scooter the rabbit is riding below:  
sigh i nv buy lar!!! damn sian i'm have been looking for it cos it costs about $30 for one at far east...and my fren bought it at hk its not cheap either... >.< i hope next time if i go back i can find it again.
And about 11pm we go back to the hotel to sleep.. after bathing and stuffs meiling and i just chat for awhile then went to bed about 12 or 1am i think. not too sure nv check.
Anyway some ghostly thing ( i think) happened.
I was just about to go into deep sleep mode when i heard upstairs there is door opening and closing. it just happened suddenly i open my eyes without thinking. nono i nv see anything (phew!) then ijust close my eyes again when i realised maybe it is not wise to look around the room haha... anyway the opening n closing of door continued for quite awhile. then i hear footstep echo from somewhere outside (this is normal cos anyone can just be running back to hotel room to pee). then i heard from far, it sounded like someone holding some papers and just hitting the door with it. that kind of sound lar. then the sound travelled closer n closer to our side. but really its difficult to decide where sound is coming from and going to cos sound echoes everywhere u know. anyway it stopped when the sound came closer to our hotel door. Then i think i hear a soft one word sound. just one word. so i cant make out anything from it, but the hair on my hands did not stand so i figured out even if its tt kind...its not near us... so this is still not the scary part i just wanna tell the whole story from the start.
So the next morning we just woke up and i just switch on the TV and just watch national geo. then meling's fren called and they chat awahile to decide when to go down for the free breakfast.. As she was busy talking. Me watching the TV... i noticed something. ok there is this bus tix sized thing on the TV desk, it was a coupon we got from the food court to buy one drink get another free. this coupon was very much to the centre of the desk so it has no chance to fall off on its own. So suddenly i saw it moved. it does not move that smoothly (ya i know some pple will say its wind, so wanna tell u it did not move like how sometimes a wind will move it. ok maybe it wind but where did the wind came from? everything is close lei! if u want to say its air-con wind the air-con thing is way up high and its not blowing at the table area) so it moved then stopped awhile as if it notice me watching then i pretended (don know why i pretended) that i'm looking at the hippo in the national geo. then the paper moved after stopping like 1 sec and fall off the table... seriously i just feel shock and i tot to myself "oh its still here" DUH! Then i just move my focus back to national geo. When i'm ready to get out of bed i went to double check the paper is still on floor. i did not touch it and went down for breakfast.
To be continued... I mean the trip haha. that's then end of ghostly event! phew! |

| Wierdos~~ |
I wanna complain~~
Recently this wierdo who alwyas come in the e wee early morning and stay in store till everyone knocks off..have been preying around my section lately...or started to catch my attention...
whenever i'm at a shelf he will stand beside me and read a mag and breath heavily.. i'm vy disturbed by the wierd heavy breathing i think he has serious health and mental prob o.0
Then recently many pple like no life? they just came up ask me stupid qn then started to chat about their life .... er not that its not interesting but then hmm no link to the topic suddenly as if i'm interested in their lives bleh...
Today a uncle he so eager to read this big book when he ask me to open it i had to hug it cos its bulky... then just as i finish opening the plastic thing he reach out to snatch da book...that i think he didn't notice his hand is moving towards my slightly protruding upper female organs lor! i quickly throw the book at his hands b4 he can touch me 0.0 duh so kan jeong for wat!!! seirously he not trying to molest me he just kan jeong to read the book, i know from the situation lar.... the book wont run away lor and i wont take it away fr you lor idiot.....
pple just don listen....i had to repeat the ans 3 times... i understand sometimes ur mind keeps thinking about wat u want that u selectively decide not to listen to negative things about how the item u want is not avaliable...but the truth is its sold out so live with it ok? |

| I wanna fall sick |
I don't remember the last time that i fall seriously ill...
probably i just want pple to care about me so i feel like falling seriously sick haha but of course not cancerous kind of illness... *swt
just normal serious illness like fever for flu for few days buahaha
but hey going to thailand soon so better not fall sick >.<
I feel so ignored by the world maybe cos i ignored the world hehe...
somehow in the end its the customers who cared about me (know wat i mean? in the end its like strangers are the ones who notice something's wrong with you)
like this guy one day suddenly ask me why i look so unhappy...but i just smile n say tired ... |

| i wanna play my guitar~~ |
I always wanna form a band since sec school, almost formed one in uni but then later we are all so busy that the band was never form....duh so now my red ampified guitar is sitting in dust at the corner of my bro's room.
I wanna play it again >.< but i forgot ahahaha
learned to play some simple songs last time but playing the guitar is so hard cos pressing on the strings alone is a torture for me
the bones of my fingers hurt!
duh i wanna change the strings so i can play it with more ease ~~ |

| Harry Potter |
I have never read harry potter series and i only watched epi 1 & 2 of the movie. Never a fan of HP. But went to watch the 5th movie with gang of friends. The movie was how do i say...i just feel emptiness after watching it?
It's like there is no focus to the story and for a non-fan like me , its obvious that they are cramming alot of details into the short movie and are missing lots of details. As a movie alone, i think its a failure in terms of story telling cos the main focus does not exist and the movie just ended there and then like the snap of da finger..
It's not like transformer, though not close to wat the real story is the movie itself is great in telling its own story and plus the exetremely cool effects.
Well one think about harry potter is the effects are as good and cool and well nothing else amaze me. |

Today i had to change shift with lisa cos she needs to do presentation. i'm happy i changed shift! muahhaha and i don wanna tell u why ;p
by the way watched die hard 4.0
i wasnt expected anything from this movie i watched it cos there was nothing to watch and it turns out cool! it was action packed throughout the movie the trill and excitment never stops! i would recommned pple who likes action packed movie to watch it. I think the killing scenes are cool haha
hehe finally wathcing harry potter tmr but duh i missed epi 3 & 4 cos when i watched 1 & 2 i felt its childish and i got turned off and yes i nv read the book...i don know i just feel the plot is vy expected...prob cos i nv read the book i don know how good it is. but wat the hell usually i get turn off when something is extremely popular its like i don wanna join in to wat the majority likes prob i just wanna be special hahaha

I bought Gwen Stefani concert tix!!! It was yet another impulse buying yep.Initially i decided to buy Funeral for a friend tix after pondering for like 2 weeks. i tot their songs were great so i log on to sistic to book. Then i suddenly recall my colleague saying gwen stefani is coming so i just tried looking for her then i saw the posting that tix sales will open for booking the next day 9am. So i put in my msn nick her concert name. suddenly my friend message me and ask if wanan go tgt then i got so hyped i just onz!! and quickly message my other colleagues who expressed intrests b4 and there we confirm and my friend went to book for us early next morning hahaha! then another colleague joined in cos she like gwen stefani too (which i didn't know so nv ask) anyway she managed to get same row as us just few seats apart hoho..
ahhh after aikawa nanase concert i think i really regret so now i will just go to which ever concert i think worthwhile ^^ |

Found a pic of Spawn that i drew for spawny. i drew that in 30 mins looking at a pic from the website.its far from the orginal pic which i based my drawing on hehe but hell i think it looks like spawn lar i think!
